Your BOMA membership is an investment in active advocacy for commercial real estate owners, managers, and service providers.  As an industry watchdog, BOMA proactively advocates and provides early notifications of issues that could negatively impact the commercial real estate industry.  BOMA GLR works in partnership with BOMA International to keep our members informed and provide opportunities to make a difference.  BOMA International advocates with states across the country, on Capitol Hill and in federal agencies. We're concerned with industry issues ranging from property rights to tax reform, utility deregulation to indoor air quality, building codes to window washing and elevator maintenance.
